The purpose of minute meetings is to help the cast and crew to show what they need and what to do. It will be beneficial to me as I will know that the cast and crew are aware of what they need to do in the film. In the first meeting, we got all the cast and crew to show the actor the scripts and when they are available to act. The second meeting, We just got the directors and producers to check when we need to leave and go out shooting and what time we should start filming on the day.

Shooting Schedule

This is my Shooting Schedule. The purpose of a shooting schedule is to show the filmmakers what they are going do on each day. It is beneficial for me because it is a good way to stay orginised with what to do on each day as I will know what shot i need to film each day.

Contributors Release Form

These are my release forms. these will help now who is contributing in my film and they help show the filmmaker who is taking part in the film they are creating. It is also beneficial because it will make sure that the filmmakers know that the cast and crew are going to contribute in the film.

Permissions

These are my permission forms. The Purpose of Permission for to let the filmmakers know that they have been given permutation to use the location that they want to use for the film. This will be beneficial for me as it lets me know that I can use these particular locations.

This is my Outline Budget sheet. The purpose of a Budget Sheet is to show the filmmaker how much they will need to buy props or equipment to film the movie. It is also beneficial as the cast and crew will know what exact budget they will need for the film.

Heath and Safety/ Risk Assessment

This is my health and safety/Risk Assessment. The purpose of a risk assessment is make sure that the filmmaker are aware of all the hazards that might develop when film the movie. It is beneficial for the cast and crew as it will make them aware of what solutions to use to decrease the risk of hazard developing.

Location Scouting

These are my Location Scouting sheets. The purpose of location scouting is to make sure where the locations actually are. It will also help me show when we need to be at that location and weather its going to be interior or exterior.
